Timeline second round of elections 2024-2025
The first round of the elections will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
You can also immediately apply by sending your completed application form and your CV to kandidaat@vvs.ac. This must be done before Sunday, May 6, 2025 (11:59 PM). Your CV should be a maximum of 2 pages and should include: where and what you study, any experience you have in student representation, extracurricular activities, your achievements, and your skills.
The full timeline for the first round is as follows:

- Submit your application before May 6, 2025.
- Board elections take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025. D-day!
You’re a candidate, what happens now?
After you submit your candidacy, the VVS staff will forward your application form and CV to the members of the General Assembly. During the General Assembly on Thursday, May 15, 2025, you will have the opportunity to present and defend your candidacy. The members will assess your knowledge and skills by asking a number of questions. Afterwards, the General Assembly will vote to either accept or reject your candidacy. Before the elections, one of our team members will get in touch with you. They’ll provide you with both practical and substantive information on how to best prepare and what to expect from the election itself. All candidates will receive the same guidance and support.
